• Details you give us when you apply for a role: your qualifications, certifications and a link to your CV.
• Basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type, recorded by our hosting provider to keep the site running securely.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, match you with a campus or tutor, arrange and manage classes and memberships, consider job applications, improve our website and meet our legal duties.

Our lawful basis

We process your information with your consent, to take steps you ask for before enrolment, for our legitimate interests in running and improving the business, and where the law requires it, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

Children

Learners may be as young as 5. Enquiries about a child should be made by a parent or guardian. We ask for a learner’s age only to place them correctly.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, under duties of confidentiality, such as website hosting (Cloudflare), form and automation tools (Make), customer management (Freshworks) and messaging (WhatsApp). Faculty members assigned to you receive what they need to teach you. We do not sell personal information.

Transfers outside Nigeria

Some providers process information outside Nigeria. We use providers that apply appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it
